We are two females in our early s who are clean, considerate and generally pretty laid back. I work full-time M-F , the other roommate has a hybrid schedule with her school. Two adorable pups live here; year old GSP & a 9 year old husky. We are open to considering another dog.

Our upstairs neighbors are very considerate of the shared space and aren't too noisy. If they ever do plan on having a get-together in which they may be a bit noisier than usual, they always inform us in advance and vice-versa.
