Private Den with Divider

This is an affordable private den that will be installed with a complete wall to wall divider curtain. Inside the room includes a private closet, wall heater, thermostat, and window. Utilities will be split. This includes full access to the rest of the apartment except my bedroom. My apartment has a fireplace and a balcony. It’s an older apartment, so expect older appliances and frayed cabinets. It’s carpeted throughout except for the entryway and kitchen which has wood floors. There is a washer & dryer in the unit. The bathroom will be shared with me. Caged rodent pets are allowed. This non-smoking gated community is right next to the bay, peaceful, and has a lot of shaded trees. It’s also conveniently near the freeway for easy commuting. There is a gym (cardio room & free weights room with TVs), swimming pool, jacuzzi, propane barbecue grills, courtyard, picnic area, and clubhouse.
