Hi I’m looking for 1 female roommate to share my studio with.The place comes with one bathroom, half a kitchen, a shared bed if comfortable. If not we can
rearrange to each others comfort. The place does come with all utilities included in the monthly rent as well as WiFi. No down deposit or hidden fees. The property comes with a shared gym, pool/jacuzzi, and laundry mat downstairs.

I’m pretty laid back I respect privacy, mainly looking for someone to help me out because it’s beginning to get too hard on my own. However please keep in mind we would be sharing the same space that is connected to the kitchen. But, I do have a private bathroom.
