In need of a roommate that is clean, safe, working and stable, drug free and doesn’t mind a year old being around. I am a single mother with a 5-year old daughter living in a bathroom home. You would have your own room with a bathroom (has a standup shower) and closet as well as your own private entrance to your room to the backyard that has a porch. Your room will come mostly unfurnished, but a dresser, a couple of different nightstands and a mattress only can be available. Mattress is well used but would recommend your own. Currently someone is living in the room, but will be moving out shortly once I find a roommate.
