The home itself is good size, nice, non-smoking, no drugs environment. Existing room mate (1) male, and me and my fiance. We are chill, quiet and often don't see each other but a minute or two upon returning home from work. 2 fun spirited cats also live at this home.

The room is furnished with a Queen Bed, Dresser, WIFI and Refrigerator. The bathroom is shared and has a shower and 2 sinks to use.

Renter needs to be responsible, have full time employment with the same company for at minimum 1 year. Be able to pay on the 1st of the month.

A deposit of is required. Rent is all inclusive of Garbage, Water, PG&E, WI-FI, Laundry - Washer and Dryer, Solar, HOA. A TV can also be set up in the room as well. No pets allowed.
