This apartment has its own dryer/laundary machine, as well as microwave and oven. It is close to bus stop, there is a direct bus to Duke campus. You will have access to Duke forest trails right in front of your door. And it is a pet friendly apartment.

There is also swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ and gym 👟inside the apartment area. The maintenance is very quick and responsive, and it has free pest control.

Parking is free!
