Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting October . This private room in La Habra is located minutes from Cal State Fullerton and minutes from downtown Fullerton. All utilities are included. It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with plenty of private parking for residents. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and nightstand. Shower is shared with one other male housemate who sleeps downstairs, you will occupy the room upstairs. Washer and dryer are included in the home.
