Utilities, Internet, trash/recycle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kitchen stocked with dishes and essentials, microwave, range, outdoor grill. Street parking. Bathroom and common areas are professionally cleaned once a month!

NO tobacco smokers or additional pets (I have 2 cats and am allergic to tobacco smoke).

Back yard has plenty of space with patio, hammock, grill, table, gardens, chickens, and badminton!

I love gardening and live music. I own a local gardening business and have a variable work/sleep schedule and do some work from home. I use the kitchen a lot and have food allergies (Celiac Disease), so respect and cleanliness in the kitchen are very important. I spend a lot of time at home so having a comfortable atmosphere with easygoing mature housemates is essential.
