Female Roommate ONLY!

Hi everyone! I’m searching for a female roommate to share my townhouse near Fashion Valley Mall. My current roommate recently moved out, so it might look a little empty, but it's a great space! The rent is $ per month, which includes utilities (water, trash, cable), your own parking spot right in front of the house, access to a pool and jacuzzi, plenty of guest parking, and in-unit laundry. There's also a great open office space for anyone who works from home. I have fans and air ventilation all around the place so it doesn’t get too warm!


A few things to note: no pets and no smoking, please.

I’m , born and raised in San Diego. I love attending concerts, dancing, exploring new restaurants, and practicing yoga. I'm hoping to find a roommate who is respectful of Israel during these difficult times, and values being respectful, communicative, and tidy. I also believe in treating my roommates with the same level of respect.
