It's unfurnished so you'll have to provide a bed and other stuff. It has a really nice closet, and you would have to share the bathroom. It's an upstairs apartment with a balcony that you can smoke off of. Laundry is downstairs it's $ for washer and $ for dryer.Water, sewer, trash is included in the rent power is separate and split evenly. We already have cats so we would prefer no dogs unless very well behaved.
