Available for move in week of oct 1st Deposit: $. looking for a female
roommate for my apartment. I am a truck driver and I am always on the road. I am only home
days out of the month. I am are very chill and outgoing. I have a small French bulldog that is almost always with us, if you have a small pet that is okay as long as they are able to get along with my dog whenever we are home. Since I am almost never home, I am looking for someone who will take care of the apartment just as good as we would if I were home.

The rent includes: 1 bedroom with a walk in closet, private bathroom, use of kitchen and living room and balcony with all utilities (water, electricity ) included , in unit washer /dryer , assigned indoor parking garage, and WiFi included in the rental price.

The building is new, built in . It has a lot of amenities including a hour gym, sauna, heated pool with a hot tub area, outdoor entertaining spaces with grills, play area for dogs, play area for kids, mini mart downstairs, washing station for dogs, indoor secured parking garage, etc.

Ideally would love to share our space with a female roommate who is professional, respectful, clean , honest , and trustworthy.
