Your own underground parking space is included, thousand sqft total, master bedroom with its own bathroom. Deposit is the same as rent, we split electric and internet. Coin laundry in the building

There's a full kitchen with a dishwasher, range, microwave, and fridge, plus nice cabinets. I do have a gluten allergy so you'd have to clean up well in the kitchen.The living room is pretty big, and the balcony has plenty of space to relax, grill, etc.
