Room for rent with garage parking!

Hi! Me and my boyfriend (soon to be fiancé) are wanting to move into this home but we are looking for a roommate to add. It is a bath new build with an RV garage and spacious backyard. You would have shared bathroom (with time guest bedroom/only when guests are in town), and one parking spot in this attached garage. We have a German shepherd so no other pets would be preferable and absolutely no cats as we are allergic. The rent is /month without utilities but that would be split three ways, or we could negotiate the price. Female or couples only, my boyfriend is gone Monday-Friday for work in Tucson so it would be one female mainly during the week
