I have one room available starting now till end of Jan .. It's a nice bath apartment in Longmont on SW side.. Just off Nelson and Grandview Meadows Dr..

The living area has furniture and TV.. Shared Kitchen and laundry in home with new front load LG Washer and dryer.. The rent share includes utilities/energy and Xfinity Internet.. I have a nice Queen bed available which can be assembled if you would like to and you can get a mattress..

I am a professional working in a company nearby.. and live here in Longmont.. I would like and keep the house clean.. and love to have some nice conversations too!!
