A biologist and her dog Cora!

Hello and thanks for checking out my advert!
I am looking for a rental IN NEW JERSEY beginning in November . I would prefer if my room rental is for at least a month period. Perhaps beyond if the chemistry is right.

I have a one-year-old Belgian shepherd called Cora. She is well trained and a real sweetie. She DOES NOT do well with cats but loves other dogs and adores people. Cora enjoys long walks on the beach and fetching her ball times a day! On my teaching days where I am away longer than hours, Cora will be at daycare. On my teaching days shorter than hours she will be hanging out in my room while I am gone, tired from a walk and training session, chilling and chewing on her bones. She is not a barker or destructive chewer and happily enjoys her alone time. I leave a camera set up so I can check in on her periodically and tell her she is a good dog!

I am a wildlife biologist who teaches college biology classes - I have an masters degree in animal ecology. I am also a professional dog trainer and I'm currently working on training Cora as my assistance dog and for conservation scent detection work.

I am neat and clean. I mind my own business. I am respectful of shared spaces. I am a mature woman who likes to go to bed at pm and is up with the sun to take Cora on her first walk of the day. I love the Beatles. Zeppelin, 's hip hop and the like. I am happily single and intend to stay that way, so no relationship drama ever!

I do not have kids or any living family that I care to interact with - so family drama/visitors. I do not talk politics, ever. I love nature, especially the ocean and the beach. I am a bit of a lone wolf but not an introvert. I enjoy sharing yummy treats such as donuts and other baked goods. I am funny but my humor runs a bit morbid for some! I am a loyal, trustworthy person who will lock the doors, not burn the house down via the use of candles, or stink it up with smelly perfume! Thanks!
