Looking for a room to rent

Looking for a room, preferably near Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond. I'm a massage therapist, currently working as a self employed and studying aswell. Have my own savings, passive income and emergency backup, always at time. Open work permit holder, working holiday , i try to keep my space clean aswell the house overall. Currently Co-living with four persons as a house manager, leaving by th September, looking to start at 1st Oct or earlier if i can move my things.
