Hi, my name is Stephen “Steve” Mannenbach and I'm looking for Roommate(s) starting July . I am Years-Old with 3 degrees (J.D., M.B.A., B.A.) and I own 2 companies. I work from home, so if you do too, then you might want to check out Room Rental Option (1) below because it includes an extra room that you could use as an office space. One of my companies is a Digital Marketing Agency and the other is a Real Estate Investor Lending Company (Loan Daddy). I have both a Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS #) and an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License (SA). For hobbies, I like to play men's league softball, snowboard, go boating, go to Top Golf, and hop around to different restaurants and bars on the weekends. I like to watch sports and I went to IMG Sports Academy in Bradenton, FL, for Baseball from 8th Grade through my Senior Year in High School. I was Ranked th in the U.S. by Baseball America, and then played D-1 Baseball at Davidson College in North Carolina.

Looking for a Roommate who is driven and goal-oriented with their career, but should also know how to have a good time out on the town after a hard work week! It's also good if you can joke around and I expect you to be clean. That means keeping your room and bathroom clean and cleaning up your dishes and everything else in the common areas (e.g., Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room, etc.). I try to stay focused on work during the week, but I go out on the weekends and have people over on the weekends.
