LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE…..!!! Renting a room

I’m renting one of the rooms in my apartment! So yeah, we will be roommates.

I am looking for someone who is here to find a place to relax and simply enjoy the peacefulness of this place! I am a pretty easygoing type of dude, pretty chill, pretty laid back, and extremely open-minded.

But as far as the room goes –

• Great greenery view.
• Wrap around balcony.
• Walking closet, privacy at its best!.
• The location is extremely nice and peaceful. And it is brand new. I am the first tenant in my uni, which is awesome.
• Secured gated locatio to be able to get i. You also need door codes.
• Plenty of parking spaces to park.
• Multiple parks to chill and have fun, and a -mile-and-half trail you can use to run, walk, or simply just get out of the apartment.
• The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with some beautiful views (has an elevator and all). It really looks like a resort or maybe a hotel! 😁 kitchen and the visitors' bathroom are both to your disposal.
• Great freaking awesome gym! Windows all around! And wait until you see the lounge area! Great views! Just a great location.

You need to be -
• Someone responsible, clean, and above all respectful and honest.


Requirements -

• 1st month rent in advance + 1 month deposit.
• Background check
• You will be added to the lease contract, which means you will need proof of income.
