Complex has a pool during the summer and you will be provided with one parking space. bedrooms is available for rent. You’ll have your own bath (shower is shared). Utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, internet, heat) have all been included in the listed rate. You will share the unit with 1 other roomie, ME!

Looking for a roommate that can be on the same page regarding cleanliness and down to be friends! I work a lot between construction and coaching, so I like to keep it low maintenance when I am at home. I have a grill and outdoor setup on the balcony for some summer barbecues.
