Unfurnished room with half bath for rent in CDA. All utilities covered, including wi-fi. Wife and I live downstairs in the basement, we don’t go upstairs often. Another male roomie is living upstairs in a room beside yours. Shared kitchen/laundry/upstairs living room. We all work full time. Enviroment is quiet laid back gamers and keep to ourselves. Looking for a respectable quiet person to share the space. No pets (we have a small dog) and no parties. Room available Sep th, minimum 6 month lease.
