Bedroom for rent Scottsdale house

Hello! year old and year old female roommates looking for 1 roommate to take over our 3rd bedroom October /month+utilities. We have cat. Big backyard with lots of storage. Will be sharing bathroom with 1 of us. Common spaces furnished but bedroom unfurnished. Leila is a bartender and I am a dental hygienist.

What we’re looking for :
* someone around the same age as us
* someone ideally we can be friends with
* no children
* laid back, no drama and cleans up after themselves
* obviously have a steady job and able to pay all bills on time

We like to workout together, debrief about our days and occasionally go out to eat together.
