Private Room for rent

Description

Private room for rent in a bath house.
Looking for preferably a female tenant. There are currently 4 other females (). Everyone is in school and working, so people are pretty busy and like to hangout and get outside.

Bedroom is a large downstairs bedroom. There is a bathroom downstairs that is shared with one other person. No pets allowed. Looking to have the room filled asap as i had to move out of state for work.
