Hi there!

I’m excited to welcome three new housemates into a cozy -bedroom, -bath home in Elk Grove, with move-in available as soon as October . I’m open to international students as well!

Our neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away, yet just minutes from popular eateries, coffee shops, grocery stores, and a -hour fitness center. Plus, we’re a close drive to California State University, Sacramento City College, Cosumnes River College.

There’s plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway, with space in the garage for an extra bike or vehicle. All rooms are shared between bathrooms and come with access to all common areas. (:

Rent & Amenities Per Room:

Rent: $ per month + shared utilities
Security deposit: $
In-home washer and dryer
Access to shared kitchen, living spaces, and backyard
Ideal lease length: 1 year (but open to flexibility for the right fit and person.)

I’m Kara in my late s, work in advertising, an avid thrifter who is passionate about planning travel adventures, and testing my skills as a gardener. (: Though I stay pretty busy, my dog and I are pretty social at heart and love having friends over for relaxed dinners or small gatherings. Always happy to share time with housemates who appreciate a similar vibe. LGBTQ+ supportive, and value open, honest communication, and believe in keeping home clean and organized.
