Hi! I'm looking for a flatmate to share a cozy apartment near the lake in the Enge district of Zurich.

About the Apartment:
* The apartment is square meters and located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator.
* Large, bright room with high ceilings, unfurnished. I can provide a wardrobe and bed temporarily if needed.
* The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, and all necessary kitchenware.
* Separate bathroom and toilet.
* Washing and drying machines.
* Just a 3-minute walk to the lake, a 5-minute walk to the "Museum Rietberg" tram stop, and a -minute walk to the "Bahnhof Enge" train station.
* Two parks are within walking distance.

About Me:
I'm a -year-old female working as a Data Analyst. I spend a lot of time at the SPH (Student Project House). I enjoy yoga, love flowers, and like to go to parties.

About You:
I'm looking for a flatmate for subletting as I value a peaceful environment but am also open to friendly chats and hangouts. Roommate who appreciates cleanliness and respects personal space. It's important that you have goals in life and are a positive person.

Terms:
* The room is available from September th, but I am open to discussing an earlier move-in date if needed, and I can offer a modest discount for an earlier move-in.
