Master bedroom for rent

Description

Our master bedroom + master bathroom is available for rent! The room is spacious and has an attached bathroom and closet. It is decorated for the current resident, but I will update pictures ASAP

The upstairs area of the house has of the other rooms has already been rented out, and the third room currently houses our cats, though it can be converted into an office or storage space if needed—just let us know! The upstairs is fully furnished, but we’re happy to store the furniture in the garage if you prefer to bring your own.

You’ll be sharing the living room with the other upstairs tenant and the kitchen and dining room with all three of us (my partner and I live downstairs but come upstairs for meals). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.

We do have dogs, so while we prefer no additional pets, we’re open to discussing it to see if it’s a good fit.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that has a “back in the woods” feel, but it’s only a short drive to downtown Lawrenceville and nearby cities like Snellville, Duluth, Buford, Stone Mountain, Suwanee, Norcross, Lilburn, and Sugar Hill. The large fenced-in backyard is beautiful but not ideal for activities due to the trees, bugs, and the slope of the land.

We believe in open communication and creating a mental health-minded environment. Our household encourages speaking up about any issues before they become problems, and we work together to find solutions that work for everyone.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with occasional parties that go until midnight or 1 AM. We don’t know our neighbors well, but everyone’s been here for a long time, and it’s a friendly atmosphere.
