Furnished room

My name is Saundra. I am an older Italian lady looking for someone to share expenses with in these difficult times. I moved up here from San Francisco 9 years ago. My daughter has moved in with her boyfriend, so her bedroom and bathroom are available. The bedroom is furnished. Kitchen, living room, and patio are shared space. Last year they installed washer and dryer in the unit, so no more bringing things to the laundromat. There is a pool, jacuzzi, Gym, BBQ area outside. I have a 2 year old Irish Setter who is super friendly, and a favorite around the community.
