The basement is newly finished which provides a second living room and one of the bedrooms/bath. Great location near Red Rocks CC, School of Mines, St. Anthony's, NREL, and walking distance to light rail for an easy commute downtown. Great proximity to the mountains, red rocks amphitheater and Jefferson county open space just minutes away. $ per month, shared utilities.
