Description

I am looking for a roommate to share my home. My house is too big for just me, but I love where I live. I am in the foothills of Morrison with access to acres of private open space. My basement has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a living area. If you are looking for just one room, then the rent would be $. If you are interested in the entire basement, rent would be $ + utilities.

I'd also be open to sharing my gourmet kitchen, and washer dryer in my laundry room upstairs. There is a private entrance but you are also welcome to use the front door. I am about minutes to downtown and just off C so has good access to most everything in the Denver Metro area.

I'm looking for a professional that doesn't smoke. I don't have a fence so pets could be a challenge. I do have two very friendly dogs though. I work in government affairs and have crazy hours from January through May. However May to December I am either on my mountain bike, hiking, or camping. I'm new to this in the second stage of my life so just seeing if someone might fit.
