This is a month lease (August ). On the lease it says $, however with $ for utilities and $ for insurance (or you could bring your own rental insurance), it rounds up to $ per person. There is a separate parking and pet fee. It's a shared unit with 4 private bedrooms, and 4 private bathrooms. 3 women already reside in the unit and you will be the 4th person replacing me. Amenities include a spacious fitness suite w/ a yoga room, a rooftop lounge & hot tub, a sauna & tanning beds, grilling stations, business centers & private study rooms, a resident lounge w/ a demo kitchen, a music room, and a golf simulator!
