I have two kittens as well ◡̈ When I'm not working or doing school work I love the outdoors and nature and i play a couple of instruments as well. The apartment is located in Grover Beach and it is a bath. I currently occupy the Master bedroom. We do share a shower but other than that the main bathroom would be yours. Both rooms have walk in closets. This unit used to be an airbnb so most furniture came furnished and I currently store some furniture in the extra room but we can move stuff out when needed. I am a clean individual, I go to school full-time as well as work full-time so I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. I do occasionally have friends over and I welcome guests as long as respect is held on both sides. Utilities include Gas, Electric, and Wifi. The total rent + utilities split between two of us would be no more than $ a month (depending on usage).
