Roommate needed 4 master bedroom

Description

Looking for a new roommate to take over previous roommates room and lease. The new lease needs to be signed by September th and the lease will start October 1st.Utilities will vary but they should stay within the range. I'm good with almost anything as long as I'm informed of any decisions for the apartment such as people coming over for example. I have a cat that can either be in the apartment or can stay in my room as needed. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware that can be used in the common area. I do have a couch that can be used but I don't have a TV in the common area
