Room cusp of Sac/Rancho

1 year lease signers only! I have a room available at my house that I share with a couple other roommates already, girls(there 2 couples that share rooms together) the room is available for move in September th, but the rent is due Sept 1st. Since your first month is only a half month though you’d only be around $ for rent on the 1st and then all the other full months after that would be $ + utilities, smud, wifi, lawn service which is split up between all the roommates. The lease is a year long so from Sept . It’s a bedroom 2 shared bathroom house, the room available is the only room downstairs, the other roomies are upstairs. The downstairs room unfortunately does not have a closet inside the room, but the hall closet near the room is reserved fully for whoever is living in that room.
