Room for Rent

Description

We have two rooms coming available for rent in September. The rooms will have a shared bathroom with one another. 1 Room is currently occupied so no pictures are available as of right now.

The house is a bath with parking & a large backyard. Backyard offers a traeger, fire pit with seating, and patio furniture. Washer and dryer in unit. Large kitchen and two fridges. Utilities per person runs about $ in the winter, and $ in the summer.

Grocery stores/ restaurants downtown are within walking distance. We also have a park close by that has a pool, dog park, pickleball and more.
About the roomies

My boyfriend and I currently reside in the unit with our three dogs. He will be leaving for linemen school from November , so you’ll primarily be leaving with me. We both work full time, and have side hustles. We are both active in sports and outdoor activities. We prefer to have a quiet and clean home. Overnight guest ok but limited to 5 days a month. We are looking for like minded individuals that are clean, respectful, and are ok with three large dogs. Sorry no more pets at this time.
