Looking for a mature and financially stable roommate. I have one furnished bedroom for rent. Furniture is negotiable, you don't have to use it. We share the bathroom, kitchen and living room. There are 2 other roommates in the house, you'd be the 3rd. Rent includes all utilities: gas, electric, spectrum TV, WiFi and washed/dryer access along with tandem parking in driveway. Sorry no pets.

A bit about the roommates, I am F and a realtor. The other roommate is M and works in the entertainment industry. I have yr old lab mix and 8 yr old Lhasa Apso. We are both friendly and don't drink very often. We each enjoy hosting in the back yard and pool while still respecting the other roommates in the house.
