Fully furnished Bed and Bath

I am a student at Uf studying APK. I have a bath home just 4 minutes away from Shanda hospital and I am looking for one roommate to occupy a fully furnished private room and bathroom.

Preferably, I am looking for a Medical student, Pa student or graduate student who is looking for an affordable fully furnished place to stay that is near shands/ campus.

I am renting just one bedroom and a bathroom, so it will jsut be the two of us in the house and the other room will be used as a shared office space

The rent is $ which includes utilities each month, fully furnished Private bedroom and private bathroom, office space, WiFi, washer and dryer, and also a bike if needed for transportation!

Move in can be as soon as September first or anytime during September
