Current roommates: Full-time working professional and full-time student. We are kind, courteous, tidy, and respectful to others.

Additional Comments: Parking is designated and strictly enforced. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Drugs are prohibited.

What's required: Background/credit check, recent proof of income, and valid identification. Deposit and rent required prior to move-in.

Located next to parks, trails, and Laguna Canyon. There is also shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to the fwy and less than mins away from the 5 fwy.
