Hello! I am looking for two roommates to share an apartment with me in the Forest in Farmington for a year-long lease starting from August 1. This beautiful, safe, and quiet apartment complex sits across the street from UConn Health, and is close to CCSU, UConn Hartford, and Westfarms Mall.

This spacious apartment has fantastic tall ceilings. The living room and kitchen are shared as well as a shared office. We have an in-unit washer and dryer. Our end unit also has a spacious deck and access to the community pool in the summer.

Each room is $925 per month. Gas and hot water are included in the rent. Electricity and Wi-Fi are usually about $50 total each month. The application fee is $75 and deposit is $925.

I am a 26 year old medical student and I recently got a wonderful kitten. I love to cook and read. I do not smoke or drink. LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈
