Pictures do no justice*I’m years old, I’m a union carpenter, I’m very easygoing, outgoing & drama free. I keep to myself but I’m also always down to kick it & have a good time. Really just looking for someone who can watch over the home & help keep it maintained while I’m not home due to my work schedule. I prefer a female roommate as I don’t feel comfortable with another male living in my home while my son is around & from my experience, males are less clean & don’t like respecting simple rules(no parties, no random people in & out, no stealing..etc). If you can cook occasionally, I’d be willing to negotiate rent! Lol. I just ask that you treat this home with respect and don’t do anything you wouldn’t do at your own mothers. Lol.
