Master bedroom in a bath apartment available in November. Not sure about exact date, may be available sooner. I have 2 cats You have a walk in closet and is not furnished. Your room will also come with a carport. There is a pool, hot tub, gym, and it is a gated community. We also have a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The listing price is what rent costs and then plan for electric on top of that.
