Looking for 2 roommates!

Hello,
My partner and I were supposed to move up to Muncie but, it ended up not working out on our end. Now, we're unable to leave the lease without finding replacements.

Move in date: August th

Rent: $ total divided by 4 roommates, utilities separate, security deposit is $ and all payable via app.

The house: 4 bedrooms, baths. Good size house, large yard. ONE pet is welcome for additional fees. Located on W Abbot St. Very close to BSU campus!

The Roommates: The 2 roommates that will be there are great people. They've been close friends for almost years and one of them is a BSU student and the other has a full time job. They're close friends of mine and very reliable.
