Glenn Trail, Winder, GA . House with half acre fenced yard in a small but clean and safe neighborhood. Two rooms available upstairs w/ full bath, double sinks, separate A/C unit/control panel & attic room for limited storage. Must have a clean background as we have a 6 month baby to protect. Must be okay with our Dog & (mostly outside) Cat. Must have stable job and be clean. No smoking in rooms, but have a covered porch downstairs. Spouse & I mostly work from home. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Pets need to meet beforehand but neighborhood doesn’t allow “aggressive breeds”. One child with stable child care is allowed. We can’t be babysitters. There is currently a queen bed in one room & the other room is an office/gym but we can empty both rooms if needed.
