Room for Rent with two cool people

My boyfriend and I are looking for a new roommate for either September or October. We are very down to earth, all we ask is to keep common areas clean.
Our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend out of town. We have two rescue cats (Gizmo and booty) and a rescue dog (butter) they are very very sweet and love to cuddle. They do tend to shed, but I sweep, mop, and wipe all the surfaces every other day, so the apartment stays clean. My boyfriend and I work as servers so we work a lot and tend to stay late and pick up shifts. I’m also in nursing school so if I am home I’m typically in the room studying and Devon usually plays video games or sleep. We have friends over occasionally but no parties. We tend to keep it pretty quiet. If this interests you please let me know!
