The green room has a full bed that occupies 1 tenant. I’m a middle aged father of a teenage daughter and a 6 yrs old boy. Working, retired, self-employed or students welcome. Walking distance to Ranch Market, Walgreens, Community Parks, Clement Middle School, Shopping complexes, Gas station, etc. Close to Mountain Grove, Harkins cinema, University of Redlands, I freeways. Safe and quiet community with ample street and free driveway parking. Utilities including WiFi, gas, electricity, water, trash, washer, dryer, central A/C, central heating, etc. are an extra $ per month if the tenants are mindful of their usages. We have a treadmill and weights facilities that is counted as a mini gym. Free to use the living room and huge backyard. Limited kitchen use. Access to a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, air fryer, grill, dishwasher, etc. Seeking organized, neat, clean and quiet tenants. No smoking, alcohol, drugs, guests, tobacco or pets in the house please. Security deposit one month’s rent. Minimum 1year lease is preferred but we also consider month to month lease agreements.
