Hi everyone!

**Please send social media or something I can reach you at** I am looking for a respectful, clean, professional roommate in late s who has a stable income/job, and ideally who has a friendly small dog or is a dog lover!

APARTMENT: is PRIME location in the city and walking distance to stores! The street has huge grass patches for perfect for dogs!
• Top floor and has a long balcony with bistro chairs and tables for reading or working, renovated kitchen, brand new dishwasher, on- laundry, easy gate access, tandem parking and easy permit parking on street, front door Ring Camera, massive windows living room
• Living room has large flat screen TV, couch, dinner table but I am open to bring in new furniture and artwork.

RENT: includes water, gas + Utilities varies on how much electricity and A/C is being used. Splitting common area things like dishsoap, paper towels, drinking water, etc. Cleaners cost can vary but will we need a clean every 3 months or so.

ROOM: is not furnished and has an A/C unit, heater, private shower/bathtub, big closet with shelves, tile bathroom floors, wooden bedroom floors, and bright window.

YOUR ROOMIES:
I am a professional in the creative and financial industry who is very respectful, kind, understanding, and clean. I like music and I enjoy being healthy and hiking and going to the dog park often with my baby dog, beach, etc. Also, I love to have a creative side and work on music, filming, photography, etc. I like going to shows, movies, eating out, discovering new places.
