Hello! We are renting a private room with a shared bathroom super cozy and calm house, The room is furnished and includes a queen bed and two nightstands. Amenities such as internet, electricity, water, pool cleaning, and landscaping are all included. The house is well-organized and clean. We are currently looking for a new roommate who is responsible, has a stable job, and is calm and organized, we check the background.
