Welcome to your potential new home! We're two friendly roommates looking for a third to join our place. Our renovated apartment is a very peaceful and clean place. Some of what we have in the apartment and complex:

- Two wonderful swimming pools
- Modern, well-equipped gym
- 5-day-a-week trash collection
- On- maintenance team
- Cortland property with good support

Your private room (w/ shared bathroom) will have a desk and a tv, both can be moved out if needed.

About Us

We're two easy-going individuals who enjoy a clean, peaceful living environment. We have two small, well-trained, and friendly dogs that add to the home's warmth. While we appreciate our quiet time, we're always up for shared activities like exploring local parks, playing games and cooking some nice food.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal roommate is:
- Financially stable with verifiable income
- Clean and respectful of shared spaces
- Values a balanced home life (we're not a party house)
