Description

1 bedroom + private bath in a 4 bedroom house in a quiet subdivision. 2 rooms currently occupied. Room for-rent has a private bath and is the sole bedroom on the ground floor. Current roommates do not use the common spaces frequently apart from kitchen and back yard. Must be mature and quiet as 1 roommate works from home full time. No couples.
Rent is $ + split of utilities (usually $) full background check required as well as proof of employment and references a plus. Must be okay with pets as currently cats are in house. Dog is well behaved and house trained. Pets considered with deposit (req of leasing office) Room is available by September 1.
