Nice room for rent in Murray Hill

We have a very nice home in the Murray Hill / Riverside area. Nicely landscaped and nicely furnished. Very easy to get along with couple, we are a gay couple. We respect people's privacy and we live a very quiet life. No drama!. House kept extremely clean. The room for rent is unfurnished however included in the price is electricity and internet. Washer and dryer on premises. We don't mind if the tenant uses any of our items. We have a big screen TV (LG "OLED) with a really nice sound bar and wireless subwoofer. Feel free to watch a movie on it if you wish or listen to music on the sound bar. Nice front porch and a nice rear Deck with a hammock. Feel free to work out or to lay out in the sun.
