Looking for a nice, clean place

Description

I'm yrs old, retired/disabled. I am super clean, I also would want to live in a clean house. I respect people's space. I do have a medium sized dog. She's a mini bernedoodle so she doesn't shed. Super friendly loves people and gets along with other pets. I do need a single story living space as with my back injury it's hard for me to go up and down stairs. I would prefer my own bathroom as well if possible. I am not interested in a multiple shared housing situation. Thank You
