Shared room in a BATH

Description

There’s a secondary room for rent in my townhouse, that’s in the photo. Bed is a queen size for reference.

I am a self employed individual that works from home, and sometimes on business trips. My work schedule is completely random and I tend to game or do carpentry in the garage on my downtown.

I also have one cat.

The home offers one full bathroom, a home gym, washer and dryer in the garage, and full kitchen.
